What Happens During Surgery?

Generally, the procedure takes 1 to 3 hours, after which you’ll be fitted with bandages and surgical bra. After surgery, you will be brought to a recovery room for a period of time for monitoring. After this, you will then be allowed to go home to rest.
How Long is the Recovery Time?
You will feel some soreness, swelling, and tightness in the chest area and should limit your activities for a few days. Wearing buttoned shirts will prevent discomfort from putting clothing on over your head and lifting your arms. After a few days, you can return to work but will have to avoid strenuous activates for several weeks to allow for healing. We will monitor your progress throughout the healing period.
How Long Should I wait to Get Pregnant After Breast Surgery?
