Devon is our practice assistant and has played an important part of our daily operations since 2021. Since joining our team, Devon has quickly shown she can tackle all tasks ranging from answering your medical questions, charting office notes, and handling operating room procedures. Devon will often be the first warm “Hello!” when you are being taken back to our exam room and has a very sweet and caring demeanor as she assists Dr. Ellen and our providers all day long. We are extremely lucky to have Devon on our team and we know you will think the same.


Side by side with Dr. Ellen since 2004, her experience and expertise in pre and post-surgical patient care will allow you the comfort of knowing you are in good hands here. You will meet her at your pre-operative appointment and hear from her the day after your procedure. She assists with various functions in the office including laser hair removal, post-operative care such as dressing changes and suture removal, assisting with minor procedures and the list goes on. She will have you laughing throughout your entire experience here with Dr. Ellen.


Certified Physician Assistant (PA), Kim, began her experience in the field of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 2015. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Grand Valley State University and obtained her Physician Assistant training and Master’s degree at The University of Toledo. Kim will meet you during your first consultation, answer pre and post-operative questions, assist Dr. Janetzke in surgery and follow up with you during post-operative visits in the office. She frequently performs small procedures independently in the office, such as mole or cyst removal and scar revisions. Kim also performs cosmetic injections, including Botox and fillers, for Envee MedSpa. She’ll be there for you from the start to finish!


Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP), Elizabeth Rodriguez, began her experience in nursing in 2015 at Troy Beaumont Hospital caring for female patients undergoing plastic surgery procedures on a post operative surgical unit. Liz graduated from Oakland University where she received multiple degrees. She has over five years experience in aesthetic medicine with extensive knowledge and certifications in several dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and Kybella injections. Liz prides herself in treating all her patients with the utmost respect. She believes prioritizing attention to all details of an aesthetics treatment and maximizing patient safety are crucial aspects in delivering exceptional care. Liz’s passion for aesthetic medicine is evident in her exceptional work and she is thrilled to be a part of the team at Dr. Ellen’s Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery!


As our Office Coordinator, Mila will be one of the first happy faces to greet you when you arrive at our office. Mila joined our team in early 2022 as our front desk coordinator and throughout her first year with us, she has shown she can problem solve and address any task that comes her way. Whether it be assisting front desk duties, creating fun and unique content for our social media accounts, or recommending various skin care products to curious patients, Mila’s enthusiasm and willingness to roll up her sleeves to help wherever she is needed makes her an incredibly valuable team member.  


As the Patient Care Coordinator, Rachel will guide your journey from inquiry, through consultation, all the way to scheduling your procedure. She worked full-time through college at a Consulting company getting work experience whilst simultaneously completing her Associate’s Degree in Business Management. She has an extensive background in identifying key customer problems and providing strategic recommendations for solving them. She works tirelessly to educate patient’s meanwhile delivering high-touch customer service by streamlining our process to assist in achieving your aesthetic goals!


Office Manager and Surgical Scheduler, Bridget, has been working at Dr. Ellen’s since 2009. Beginning at the practice as front desk receptionist, Bridget has worked hard to complete her degree in Business Management from Oakland University and advance her career to proudly take the positions she is in today. Whether is it making important office decisions or walking patients through the scheduling process, Bridget takes on any task with a great sense of care and pride, and always with a smile!


Insurance Liasion, Sharon, began her career in the medical field over 30 years ago. Starting as a medical assistant, she is now your go-to for insurance questions. She has years of experience working with a variety of insurance companies and will help guide you through the world of insurance policies and coverage options. She takes great pride in facilitating insurance payments and authorizations.


As our Surgical Patient Care Coordinator, Brooke takes pride in assisting our new and established patients with their aesthetic goals. She has always had a passion for the aesthetic industry and helping others, so joining our team was a perfect match! Brooke is our social butterfly in the office, she enjoys getting to know the patients and always keeps a positive attitude. Brooke strives to provide the best patient experience beginning with the initial phone call. She is always responsive to patients’ needs and enjoys finding solutions. One of her favorite things is when she has the opportunity to catch up with patients at their follow-up visits and seeing how excited they are with their body transformations!


Front Desk Coordinator, Kristyn, joined our team with many years of customer service and administrative experience under her belt. Her attention to detail and organizational skills keeps the flow of the practice in order while always having the sunniest disposition. When you contact the office, Kristyn will be the first friendly face you interact with and we are incredibly happy to have her on our team.


Introducing Taylor, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of multifaceted experience in leadership, customer service, and veterinary technology. Transitioning her skills to a new chapter, Taylor now serves as a Front Desk Coordinator for our practice. Her extensive background showcases a wealth of expertise in managing diverse teams and delivering exceptional customer service. Taylor’s unique blend of skills, coupled with her compassionate nature, ensures a seamless and welcoming experience for patients at every step.
