Surgical scheduler, the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with the warmest smile from Bridget. She has been with Dr. Ellen for over 6 years and she is your go-to pro for scheduling. Hers is the first voice you hear on the phone, and she will assist you in every step from scheduling your procedure, all the way through your last follow up appointment! With a degree from Oakland University, her knowledge, skill set, and excellence in customer service, will be there for you every step of the way.
Duwana Medical Associate has been working side by side with Dr. Ellen for over 14 years. Her experience and expertise in pre and post- surgical patient care will allow you the comfort of knowing you are in good hands here. You will meet her at your pre- operative appointment and hear from her the day after your procedure. She assists with various functions in the office including laser hair removal, dressing changes, suture removal, and the list goes on. She will have you laughing throughout your entire experience here with Dr. Ellen.
With over 15 years of experience in the field of nursing and over 5 years of experience in the medical spa field, she has a natural eye for aesthetics. This allows her to help you achieve a more youthful glow with laser treatments and a variety of injectable and chemical peels.
Insurance Liasion Sharon, began her career in the medical field over 30 years ago. She began as a medical assistant and is now you go-to for your insurance questions. She has years of experience working with a variety of insurance companies, and will help guide you through the world of insurance policies and coverage options. She takes great pride in facilitating insurance payments, and authorizations.
Practice Manager. With over 16 years of experience in the Aesthetics field her accomplishments of practice Management and consulting, along with her experience as a Medical Aesthetician, certified laser technician, and patient coordinator, will have you feeling comfortable and excited about your journey with Dr. Ellen. Her previous Forbes 5-Star experience will ensure the level of service and patient care every time you visit. She is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (affiliate), as well as a board member and member of the Society of Plastic Surgery and Skin Care Specialist. She is with you from your first appointment to your last, offering a level of comfort and compassion found nowhere else. Her practice management skills ensure the entire office is invested in you.
Kim Wisniewski, PA-C. Kim is a certified Physician Assistant (PA) with over two years’ experience in the field of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Grand Valley State University and obtained her Physician Assistant training and Master’s degree at The University of Toledo. She is also a member of AAPA, MAPA, APSPA, and an ASPS affiliated member. Kim will meet you during your first consultation, assist Dr. Janetzke in surgery and procedures, and also follow up with you during post-operative visits in the office. In addition to assisting Dr. Janetzke, Kim is able to perform laser therapy, cosmetic injections, and small procedures independently in the office. With her friendly smile and caring demeanor, she’ll be there for you from the start!
