Jocelin is our practice manager who oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring patients receive an exceptional experience while supporting the team behind the scenes. She works closely with physicians and staff to improve workflows, enhance patient care, and help the practice continue to grow. Known for her approachable leadership style and strong commitment to excellence, Jocelin is dedicated to creating an environment where both patients and employees feel supported. With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, she brings a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to every aspect of the practice. Her passion for operational excellence and outstanding patient service plays an important role in the continued success of Envee and Dr. Ellen’s practice.
